About Metaanoi
The word Metaanoi comes from the Greek Metanoia, meaning “a change in one’s way of life resulting from a spiritual conversion.”
True to this meaning, we help individuals and couples heal, grow, and transform their relationships. Our holistic counselling and healing services—including Narcissistic Abuse Healing, Inner Child Healing, Reiki, EFT & Cord Cutting, Teen Coaching, Life Coaching, and Relationship Coaching—are designed to release emotional blocks and create lasting change.
For couples, our pre-marital and marriage coaching offers a supportive and engaging space to build stronger communication, understanding, and connection.

Our Story
Our journey started when our founder Richa Hora, married for over two decades and the mother of two beautiful kids, had an epiphany.
Richa had always been a people’s person, a great listener and someone that people found comfortable opening up to. Having undergone emotional turmoil in her own life, Richa had developed a deep sense of empathy and the motivation to help people overcome emotional strife.
Then, five years ago the thought struck her. She realised that most relationships turn sour because the two partners don’t understand each other well. That’s when she decided to become a professional relationship and life coach, and Metaanoi was born.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping, is a popular form of alternative therapy that involves tapping on certain meridian points (similar to acupuncture but without needles) on the body while focusing on a specific emotion or issue.
